UCLan Student Union

When it came time to revamp the existing UCLan Student Union website, it was clear that to provide better and more relevant content, the user experience needed a thorough review. Working with thePDF as student orientated enterprise, meant that all the stakeholder outcomes were key to both partners. A thorough review of the old site and its problems helped guide a UX strategy the involved current and potential students having an input into the features and structure of the new website which is currently under development. Remote user testing and service blueprint with the key outputs from this project.
